Lots of new yarns for the winter and some new ones for the spring have been coming in over the past few weeks.
This new superwash worsted merino is from Plymouth. Very soft and has great stitch definition -- cables look great in this yarn.
I've had the Malabrigo Lace weight for a while - I knit the Citron from Knitty out of it. A new pattern from the latest Knitscene uses 2 or 3 skeins, depending upon your size. It's called the Geodesic Cardigan from one of my favorite designers Connie Chang Chinchio and see it's in a lot of Ravelry queues.
Here are two new-to-me colors of Kauni.
New yarns from Knit One, Crochet Too.
Ty-Dy Dots -- 198 yards per skeins of 100% cotton in cool pastel colors with flecks of color -- great for baby blankets and adult sweaters.
Finally brought in Tartelette, a 50-50 cotton/nylon shiny ribbon yarn in pretty colors, sure to spruce up any outfit
For all of you who are knitting and crocheting for babies -- I got in lots of great yarn
Berroco Comfort DK -- a nylon/acrylic blend that is machine washable and dryable and a great price!
Kristen couldn't wait to show me what she crocheted with Tilli Thomas Beaded Lace. Isn't it gorgeous?
This is a new tweed sock yarn from Skacel -- I'll be getting in another tweed sock yarn from Lana Grossa too.

Here's another yarn that I had a long time ago -- Blue Heron Mercerized cotton and just got more of this much-asked for colorway

Bear Hugs comes in a 200gram/ 300 yard skein with 2 buttons and a pattern -- to make this cute baby kimono --- One skein is all you need for the small sizes. It's a cotton/acyrlic/rayon blend that is babysoft.
Baby Bunny has some new colors and new patterns.

Brynn finished her "Knit to Fit" sweater -- minus buttons. She was inspired to knit this sweater after she saw a similar sweater in a magazine. It's really beautiful and it fits!
Deb is holding up her "Knit to Fit" sweater out of Mountain Colors' Weavers Wool. I love the way the colors flow. Deb is moving to Virginia and we will miss her a lot!
Amy made this scarf out of Woolbearers' Superwash Worsted in the colorway "Chocolate Rain".
Karen and Rebecca are showing off their "Knit to Fit" sweaters. Karen's is done in Cascade 220 Tweed, Rebecca's is out of Boku.
Interestingly, the bands on Rebecca's sweater are not knitted, but crocheted. She felt is was much easier to do it this way and liked the way it looks. We agree.
Camille came in to show off her "Emily" from Ysolda Teagues "Whimsical Knits 2" She made this out of Lana Grossa Chiara and I have to admit that I fell in love with it. I wish there were more hours in the day.
