Variations On a Theme

This is Gwen's beautiful version of the Wrap Me Up Shawl. She used Boku with a little Noro. She also seamed it, which I think makes it extremely wearable. You can just throw it on and not think about it, losing it or dragging it on the ground. It's just gorgeous.

Tola, The pattern is KNitting at Noon's Wrap Me Up Shawl. Isn't it lovely?

I think the sock yarn you got isn't superwash, but you can wash it on the handwash cycle of your washer, in cold water, and lay flat to dry.

When will be see you again????

Okay non-superwash sock yarn, duly noted. But i gotta tell you, i love working with it, and have the second sock halfway done(photo on my blog). Not sure about when i'll be back. Michael is having a harder time than usual finding a new contract, and that has to be done first before we can make it legal. He wants to know if he can offer his services as a ball-winder on Sundays.
